There was an issue with the first room allocated where the heating wasn't working but the duty manager was diligent in sorting us a new room and checking it over before moving us. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and adequate. Issue for us were the bar staff in the evening were a shambles. "It is Only 2min walk from Paddington station. Super convenience location for shopping and go anywhere include 25min to LHR Airport and 1hr 20min to Bicester Village (London Outlet). Super friendly staffs to carry my heavy luggage upstairs to my room. Excellent hotel location I must say. 😊👍"
