"I called the front desk and asked the girl that answered at 230pm if she can match the expedia rate she said she was off in 30 minutes and I should call back and talk to someone else. She was SOOOO rude to me! The guy that checked me in was Nicholas and he was helpful. When I was in the room and called the front desk from the room phone and my cell phone no answer which is not right what if I had an emergency and needed help! I walked downstais and nicholas said his manager had him running all over the place for an hour and no coverage at the Front desk! What if someone waiting an hour to check in! That is crazy to leave the front desk unattended that long."

"The place is perfectly located for walking distance to shops and restaurants and to the bigger lift at peak 9. Its a great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful for any question. "

"We loved our stay at Beaver Run (building 3). The layout of the resort amenities and rental units is perfect! Ski rentals right by ski slope & lift was super convenient. We also loved that the ski locker storage unit for our room was slopeside. It made the beginning and ending of ski days super easy. On-site restaurants, shops, and Starbucks was a plus. Jacuzzi and indoor pool and saunas were nice way to end a ski day. We used the resort bus to go down-town every day. We had on-site parking at building 3 and only used our car to go on outside activities (dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc). Loved this resort and would highly recommend. "

" I recently stayed at Hotel Alpenrock Breckenridge, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, which really made my stay special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to choose from. I also loved the valet car service and the ski valet—such a convenient touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Breckenridge. It was a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service!"
