"Great motel in center of Frisco. It is older, though very serviceable (comfortable rooms, beds, & furniture). Nice, simple breakfast. Easy parking & right at the bus stops to Copper Mtn & Breck, plus more. And the staff are very friendly & helpful."

"The awesome vibe of this place more than made up for the small size of our room. It was very conducive to meeting amazing people and just lounging around in a beautiful environment. The common areas were so well thought out and so fun, and the shared bathrooms and showers were clean and offered plenty of privacy. I would go back in a heartbeat! "

"An amazingly old hotel built in late 1800s and it feels like it!! Original wooden boards at the entry. The house is on a lean and even the staircase is on a tilt. Very unique, but expected for an almost 150 year old home. Home creaks like a ghost may be around the corner. A real neat experience. The quiet hours are real. I got “shhhhh’d” right after 10 and was just talking with son. I hope it was not the creaky floors. You gotta walk to bathroom! "

"The hotel is a cute bed and breakfast style place. The rooms were comfy and had a nice historic vibe. The shared kitchen/lobby had all the proper continental breakfast fixings. If you like the charm of B&B's combined with cozy/comfy rooms then this is the place for you!"

"The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice."
