"After reading other reviews I was prepared to encounter some communication difficulties with the property manager and maybe lack of toiletries/towels but even though the property manager would only call/text (he would not use the VRBO platform to communicate) the home amenities were sufficient for us! "We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again."

"We booked this property 3 months ahead of our trip. We travelled 16 hours to Indianapolis, and the property manager emailed me THREE HOURS before we were supposed to check in to tell me that the property had been unavailable for six months. I then spent over an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to get some kind of resolution and another place to stay. Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for the remainder of the refund that the resolutions team member promised me. "

"The location of the condo was excellent, easy to access and great options around it. The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell!
