"This was our second stay at the King Charles and again it exceeded expectations, from the comfortable room to the excellent breakfast, friendly staff and ambience. The bar food was particularly tasty and reasonably priced, so we are looking forward to visiting again very soon!"

"I usually stay here all the time as it is close to where I work. It is a lovely space for short term stay. I love the fact that they have a smart TV, so I can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. The experience is different depending on which room you are allocated. I was shocked at the fast room service, when the toilet roll ran out, I called the team and they got someone to come and bring it to me. As I always say, I just wish the sink, was bigger!"

"We (family of 5) had an awesome holiday stay at this property. The staff were so pleasant and really went out of their way to give us a 10/10 experience. It’s in a good location, the property is neat, tidy and modern. The onsite free laundry machines, internet and breakfast (good selection of breakfast items) were also a major plus for us. Looking forward to staying there again!"

"Such a cozy and cute place. You get to meet the owners which is so nice! Location is beyond phenomenal, next to 2 major lines that take you pretty much to central London or directly to the airport. One thing to keep in mind is due to the structure of the ship there is a lack of wifi inside the rooms. Highly recommend it for the experience and lovely owners alone. "

Loved Canary Wharf area, full of modern hi-rises and modern art, along the river and the Cove Landmark Pinnacle was the perfect place for our “home base” during our 4 day visit to London. "The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"

"Amazing. We stayed here for two weeks. Would go there again. Excellent from front desk to concierge (helped arrange airport taxis and assisted with luggages), flexible but diligent housekeeping (checked a few times daily, came back when delay requested, refilled water, laundry, dish, and hand soap), gym, restaurant, proximity to tourist attractions (tower of London) and tour bus stops, proximity to the train (2 min walk), just excellent. We loved the design of the suite, very modern and clever use of space. And that it was wood type floors which felt cleaner than carpets in other hotels. It would be nice if the gym were inside the hotel instead of the outside building. Although it was secure, it’s on the first floor of that building with open floor length windows and people walk by even at night, which made me a little anxious. But overall great."
