"We could not have had a nicer stay at this Inn. All of the employees were nice and accommodating to our family traveling with two small children. They went out of their way many times to make sure we were comfortable. The food was also excellent and the service at the restaurant and bar was outstanding. I would recommend this for couples or families traveling on the area. "

"The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "

"The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. "We had a 3 night stay in Dublin and this was the perfect spot. We had our only apartment with a balcony overlooking the city. Across the river from Temple Bar so it was a little quieter. Still in a very busy area with tons of restaurants in walking distance. The Winding Stair next door was an excellent spot for dinner one night. All the food we had in Dublin was outstanding."

"The only thing that I found to be misleading was the size of the 2 bed and 2 bath. The kitchen area was small. The couch was not comfortable. It was very hard. The staff was wonderful!"

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"Really enjoyed our two night stay at The Clayton Hotel! The staff were all lovely and really accommodating and the bar downstairs was the perfect quiet spot for a nightcap before bed! Never absolutely rammed so could always get a table and had the sports on the tv’s! I’d say it took us a steady 20 minute walk to get more towards the centre but we liked this as the hotel was out of the way of the louder areas of Dublin but close enough to walk/taxi over. Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Dublin again "
