"We had a great stay at this property. AC worked well. There is a lift. The area is fantastic for just about everything because it's on Grafton Street, a pretty swanky part of Dublin, with lots of bars, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other shopping. It's only about an 8 or 9 minute walk to the Temple Bar Pub. The other great thing about this property is the in-suite washer/dryer. "Accommodation was lovely and very central, near supermarkets. May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). Only complaint within accommodation is the water pressure in the bathroom. Overall will recommend this accommodation!"

"Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"

"Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Front desk were very warm and welcoming. I had an issue with my water not heating up quickly and they quickly sent someone to fix it. It got better but I think it still needs to be looked at again. But I will definitely return to this hotel "

"Our amazing stay at the Grafton started the moment we walked through the door, we were early and were hoping to just leave our bags but our room was ready which was a real bonus! The staff were brilliant and gave us suggestions for dinner, offering to make us reservations if needs be. The attention to detail from the staff did not stop there, in the bar later we were really well looked after and then again at breakfast my dietary needs were cared for so well - most enjoyed hotel breakfast in a long time because of this. Room was decorated really nice, a good size and layout, desk with plugs at it is a great bonus not always found at hotels. For me this was for make up and straighteners but equally equipped for working if needs be. The bed was huge and the bathroom was very clean and had a high end feel to it. But the staff make the difference at The Grafton, every one we interacted with had a wonderful manner and made us feel really well looked after. Location is perfect for shopping and a nice stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by but if it’s your thing don’t miss Bambino across the road, don’t be put off by the queue and enjoy their pizza slices. "
