They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help.
