"This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. "

"The house was immaculately beautifully, modern, clean, & spacious for a family of 4. My kids love the house. It feels like home and the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. "Property was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Location was great: 15 minutes to downtown, excellent restaurants near by, very close to everywhere we needed to go. Three bedrooms, two baths, nice open living, kitchen, dining area. "

"We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers.
