"The cottage was very cute. It definitely could have been cleaner, as there were waxy lip prints on the bedroom window and a few dark smudges on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom. Also, it wasn’t made clear in the description that most of the one-lane, curvy road leading to the property was dirt/gravel. If it had been raining, it would have been pretty treacherous in a small car. My SUV handled it fine, but it did get very dirty. Overall, the property was quiet, comfortable and fairly well...

"Generally good. Very clean, nicely appointed. The owner was very accommodating. Lovely location. The king bed needs to be relocated so that the second person doesn’t have to crawl across the first to get in & out of bed. Bedside tables on both sides would be helpful - need a place to lay the phone at night. There should be a couple of hooks in the bathroom for wet towels or clothes when showering. A second end table on the couch would be a plus. A microwave would be handy for reheating...

"In the area to see family in Crozet and the cottage was the perfect place for us. The location is so peaceful and quiet. The host were excellent in communication and made us feel truly welcomed. We will stay again when we are back in the area."

"We only had three days to pack in as much outside time as we could, and this lovely house was a perfect base. It was an easy drive to Shenandoah National Park, Harrisonburg and Grand Caverns. We cooked for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled outside and had a lovely fire in the fire pit. Everything was wonderful!"

"Really cute property- very clean! We were participating at an event at a nearby winery, so we wanted a place to have our crockpot dinner and spend the night. The bonus was the tasting room for Merry Mill steps away! Love the staff, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Once the tasting room closed, and we went back to the cottage, we enjoyed time on the back deck watching the sunset!"

"Lovely little cottage in the country. Perfect porch for sipping coffee in the morning or watching to sunset. Close to wineries, breweries, hiking and not far from Charlottesville! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. "
