"Brockway Mountain is an incredible location with views to take the breath away. The house is situated in a uniquely beautiful spot with wonderful scenery above the trees and the lake. There is a trade-off between convenience and the incredible beauty and peace of mountain living. Visitors should be prepared for "off the grid" living; we stayed in September, and on cloudy days there was no solar power after sunset. There is a generator that adds power but it is very noisy; a quieter generator...

"This stay was a repeat in this rental home and it didn't dissapoint. Home is clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located for all our Keweenaw travel adventures. Phoenix store is just down the road for little things we forgot to bring with us. Definitely recommend for couple travel when you want a home instead of a hotel. "Nice spot out of the way and quite private. The double wide home has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. This is about 15 minutes from Swedetown trails and the calumet downtown area. The detached sauna is a very cool (hot!) bonus we really enjoyed. "

Make sure to bring some extra water bottles, the tap water has a slight sulfur smell - not a big deal since they keep a filter in the fridge."

"It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful views. From the entry way to the laundry room we had everything we needed to be satisfied and thrilled at Robins Nest. Good communication with the hosts too. Our visit was to ski Mt Bohemia by day and then good dining at a local restaurant in Mohawk. We will gladly return to this property. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay and it's super close to snowmobile trails. Located on the main road is a plus and the place was basically brand new inside. All new appliances is great as is having a washer and dryer. Spacious bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or a few friends, it's basically one big room as described. "
