"Brockway Mountain is an incredible location with views to take the breath away. The house is situated in a uniquely beautiful spot with wonderful scenery above the trees and the lake. There is a trade-off between convenience and the incredible beauty and peace of mountain living. Visitors should be prepared for "off the grid" living; we stayed in September, and on cloudy days there was no solar power after sunset. There is a generator that adds power but it is very noisy; a quieter generator...

Lake Superior right across the road from this gem, beach access and near by access to wonderful hiking, and a Nordic spa just up the road a few miles, you couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend your vacation.
