"Villa had been upgraded, some equipment minimal like towels etc and kitchen equipment, but overall clean and comfortable. Some minor repairs needing done which we reported on arrival to mgmt company a few blind vanes broken. Pool pump next door was very noisy as per previous reviews and got worse , we got minimal support from mgmt company with this, ( but I guess its not their area ), however after we had formally complained to HMO ourselves via email ( it was running 24/7) it appeared to be...

"Beautiful home, definitely felt safe, in turn slept good knowing we were in a gated community. Quiet. Home was clean and nicely laid out. Will definitely stay here again. "

"The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom"

The owner was quick to respond but the property manager only responded that he’d look into it. A week later we had not heard from him and it was not fixed.
