"This property is awesome. It was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time a few years ago. The depot has everything one would need. It is well appointed, clean and close to so many parks and nature preserves, which is what we love about the Guttenburg area.The depot has 3 TVs and soon, will have a 4th in the patio area. "Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...
