"This property is lovely and in a very nice area of New Hampshire. The place opens up to a small spa like waiting room with a sofa and massage chair which leads to a door to the actual bedroom and bathroom, which is well appointed and comfortable. With this said, I would recommend this place to a couple not a family because of the setup. The room is attached to the owner's home and you will hear talking and footsteps and pass by their living area windows when going to and from your car. The hot...

"The carriage house is great. Close enough to things and a peaceful setting. The Emery Farm stand is amazing! A walk down the driveway. Everything is fresh and delicious. Two nights we ordered cooked lobster from Taylor's Lobster and got fresh veggies to roast from the farm stand. David was available for questions but not at all intrusive. was a perfect stay. "
