"The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. "The tea towel for drying dishes was absolutely stinking of dampness, obviously wasn't clean! There was no kitchen roll so had to use one of the bath towels - it also had dirty marks on. The livingroom/sitting area was stinking of dogs. The plug-in air freshener was empty. Couldn't figure out how to use the grill."
