"Me and my family (9 total) came to visit our family up in DC! The stay was great! Everything you needed was already in the home. There is plenty of space for everyone! The home was clean as well. The host is easy to get in contact with as well. It was also easy to get uber to come to the house to get us when we wanted to go out too! It’s about a 15 minute drive from downtown DC. We will be staying here again. "

"Needed a little quiet time, and the fresh air. Had a nice time. The house is clean,stocked with basic essentials. The beds are comfortable, that is super important to me, I also enjoyed the color choices and decorations. Tracy was prompt and thorough. I’d stay again . "

"The house was fine and had some great upgrades but I have to agree with the previous review about the TV ‘sOnly the living room and one smaller bedroom had working TV’s .One of them in the middle bedroom had nothing but snow. The host advised me that they don’t provide streaming services. However nothing at all was on the screen when powered on ….and the basement had no working remotes. The fireplace still wasn’t working.So these problems have not been corrected since the last reviewer was...

"We had a lovely time at this Capitol Hill property. We travel as a family at least twice a year and have stayed at many homes. We have 3 daughters, 22, 20 and 17. Pros: close to metro and groceries, comfortable bedrooms, back yard a lovely hang out, quiet, eclectic and safe neighborhood.Cons: generally clean, but needs a good deep cleaning - the rugs are dirty and musty; generally well kept, but needs some attention to detail with general wear and tear- holes in walls from removed curtain...

"This place was a wonderful spot for our family to have a long weekend getaway. It's on a bluff right next to the ocean with a glorious view and a stairway access to the beach. The beds are comfortable, the house has lots of great spaces to relax or play games, and the beach is a wonderful space to explore, find seashells and possibly a fossil sharks tooth (we had no luck there, but we did find a whale vertebrae, so that's something!). But in any event, we highly recommend! "
