We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. Upon entering the unit we noticed the carpet was filthy, couch covers were stained, doors had holes in them. "Arrived later than expected and had some difficulty with the keyless entry. Ruby responded and resolved the issue. It took a few text, but all good. Cute apartment, instructions on parking were perfect. I communicated with Ruby often regarding issues and she responded. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we came to Ohio for a family event. Recommended she get ice cube trays, better towels and maybe some extras. Bed was comfortable, couch not so much. The unit has great potential! Good...
