"Had an amazing stay here. Food is great! There is no trash cans but also i never saw trash around the property. The staff is constantly cleaning. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of fun activities and things to do."

"The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and friendly. My only dislikes where the size of the beds, they seemed a little small and although we went in December and the weather was beautiful the pool water was quite cold. Not sure if anything can be done about that ( heated pools ) but other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay."

"The property was beautiful. The staff were accommodating and nice. My family and I enjoyed ourselves especially the pools, swim up bar, and the water slide. Oh and definitely the spa. 😊 The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no elevators, but the buildings were only 3 stories high. "

"MYSELF AND MY WIFE LOVE THE PROPERTY BEACH ROOMS ETC . MY FIRST DISLIKE WAS NO WRAY AND NEPHEW SERVED ANYWERE AND SECOND ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD , OR JUST WARM . IT LOOK LIKE ALL THE HOT PLATES NEEDS CHANGE ING"

"Our room was supposed to be ocean view but we couldn’t really see the ocean. Besides that, the stay and facilities were amazing and clean, staff very friendly. Food at the buffet and Dorado were great, but Zen was just ok. I love how they always had some sort of entertainment happening. Really fun and enjoyable stay! Will recommend "

"Our stay at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites during December holidays was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable retreat after long days of fun. "The Royalton is outstanding. The customer service is excellent. They make you feel like friends. They go out of their way to please you and to ensure a wonderful stay. "I've been staying at the Halfmoon Hotel for over 20 years, it's absolutely one of the best hotels in the entire world and I've traveled the world. Service, accommodations,dinning and entertainment options are unmatched . I highly recommend. "

"Lazy, careless attitudes abundant around the property especially during the tour. We had no idea what the property offered until the last day when we stumbled on visitors that did the catamaran ride. Very inattentive employees in the cafeteria and in all restaurants. Had to speak out at both bars when we wanted a drink...Just sat one time for over 10 minutes upon walking up and sitting down with absolutely NO greeting...Or offer for drinks. For what I paid for this 10 day stay...VERY...

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"The staff at this facility have got to be the most helpful individuals around. From janitorial right to the front desk (amazing people). My only issue would be the food needs more updating. Property is kept very clean, a little out of date but rooms are spotless, ac cold, water is hot. We had a cottage that was towards the end of the Property so wifi was almost none existent. Overall will def go back"
