"The home is beautiful! The stay was very relaxing. The views are amazing. We seen black bears, deer and elk. In regards to the home. The only suggestion I would have for future renters is the kitchen isn’t fully stocked. No cups and no big skillets. Also, the Vrbo ad shows pictures of bunk beds but when you get there you can’t use them per the notes taped on the beds. The grill needs a good cleaning and doesn’t ignite properly. The washing machine needs to be professionally cleaned it’s mildewed...

"Enjoyed this clean newish 3 bedroom home with a great view from the back deck. Communication with property manager was good. Modern stove and microwave are a little finicky, but functional with well supplied kitchen. Advice: keep all downstairs windows closed and locked when you're not there to prevent wildlife visitors. Large screen TV is great; needed all of our own streaming subscriptions' details as P. S. is in the TV station and news desert that is the Four Corners region. Enjoyed lovely...

"Highly recommend this gorgeous home, it was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and surrounded by a gorgeous forest. The hot tub was so relaxing, the heated deck and grill served some wonderful meals, there was a great game room downstairs and plenty of games to keep us busy on the snowy days. "If staying within 50 miles of Pagosa Springs, this is the place to stay! You may not even want to leave the location. Plenty of space throughout the house to sit and relax and the huge porch wraps around half the house and could sit there all day and night with the cool breeze rolling off the mountains.
