"Overall, good location but the attention to detail was lacking and the pool table is a hot mess. There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there. "Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!"

"Quaint mountain cabin overlooking the river and lights of the small mountain village. Within easy drive to town, hiking areas. An hour from Durango. Very quiet and beautiful views. Had problems with mice or would have rated higher - scratching noises at night and feces on stairs during stay. Experienced healthcare due to a riding accident and very quality care. VIP worked with us to extend our stay which was very helpful due to circumstances."

"My family of four , along with my mother and sister stayed here and had plenty of room for everyone. It was in a wonderful location that seemed secluded although it was close to town. The house was beautiful, fully stocked , and there was plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The kids even found a child’s treehouse out back. Would definitely stay here again . "

"We had a wonderful stay at Camp Kimberly. The cabin was well appointed with amenities and just the right size for the two of us and our faithful companion. Located south of Pagosa Springs in a beautiful area that was remote enough to relax in the mountain solitude but close enough to town to enjoy a nice dinner at Meander.
