"The customer service was just top notch 👌. I cannot even begin to explain it. From checking in, getting a massive room upgrade, special gifts being sent to our room everyday, it was the very best experience ever. The great experience team were just on point. Special mention to Melody who welcomed us and checked us in. She was very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The welcome team are always ready to open car doors for you and help you with your luggage even when you are just coming back from some shopping. Breakfast had a wide range of options and came free with the room. The hotel has private access to the beach, an infinity pool and a beach club which was very relaxing. The atmosphere was really great and will definitely come back again."

"Really fabulous location, helpful staff and great swimming pool. I really enjoyed being able to walk to the mall, and be so central. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing I didnt enjoy as much was that the air conditioning would default back to 23°c and the room is quite small. So it could get quite hot and stuffy. It would be good if the air conditioning was able to stay at a lower temperature."
