"Great stay! Unique place! Seemed out of way but ten minute bus ride from end of street to downtown Amsterdam was easy. Marieke and Sander great hosts! Restaurants, grocery and bakery nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. 2 Adults and 2 children (11&9). Location is outside of the city center but it was good to be near the windmills, have the use of the boat and the bikes which we would not have had if we had been in the city center. Children really liked staying on the houseboat. We bought food from the Dekemart and ate at Het Heerenhuis twice which was very good. Uses Uber and the bus to get around as well as the bikes. "Die Aqua Cabin ist für fünf Personen ein wenig klein, aber sehr sinnvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Die Lage am Hafen ist schön, leider war dort wenig los. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, das Restaurant auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, Tankstelle und Supermarkt, so dass man sich gut versorgen kann. Das beste an der Aqua Cabin ist aber die Lage. "This was an incredible end to our trip. The town is so quaint and adorable with so many friendly people. The houseboat was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. The sauna was perfect since the weather was a little chill but exactly what you’d expect for the end of December. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience!"
