"Mostly everything during our stay was great including the room and the service. Location was super convenient and walkable to lots of places. Though there was some noise from upstairs (maybe or from next door) at night. Sounds like they were moving the furniture. Also note that they didn’t help with your luggage during check-in or check-out. You might expect that level of service from a five star hotel while it seemed that they were lacking it. "
