"This was our sound stay at this hotel in a week pre/post a cruise. During the first stay we had some issues arise but the staff worked hard to address them and our second stay was excellent! We will stay again!"

"The room was lovely. Good location of the hotel near the Cathedral, however, the location is a bit dodgy, it isn't the best. The front of house staff can look fed up when we return from the night, however, the gentlemen who checked us out on Sunday morning was lovely and acknowledged us. Works was being done when we were there, the lift had works done and the fumes were so strong, we couldn't quite breathe whilst in the lift."

"Our stay at Chic&Basic Born Hotel was great. The receptionist was friendly and gave great food recommendations. The room was just as pictured, and housekeeping and fresh towels were provided daily. The location was surrounded by many shops and restaurants, and walking distance to the Arc de Triomf and different neighborhoods. I would stay here again!"

The place was convenient, easy to walk around, close to lots of local shops/restaurants/cafes. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were solid. Cleaning team as A .
