"Lovely little boutique hotel. Staff were helpful and everything was clean. Couple of negative things. 1. The walls in the rooms look like they are in the middle of a renovation. Cracks and dry wall patches galore. Apparently, according to the front desk it’s Croatian Chic. But, it just looks like they were too lazy to finish or ran out of money. 2. The design of the shower stall is extremely poor with water pouring under the shower door into the rest of the bathroom. "

"We spent 10 days in London. It was great having a 1 bedroom apartment. The views out the windows were great. Centrally located between the Temple and Holborn tube station. Minutes walk to Soho, China Town & Covent Garden restaurants. Minutes from the Strand and most major theaters. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Cameron. This is not a high end, luxury property but rather a clean, homey, comfortable place to stay with a great location, especially if you don't want to...

"I tend to be very picky about where I stay and honestly I have zero complaints about Citadines. My room and the common areas were so clean, everything was fully stocked down to the tissues, check-in and check-out took seconds, and the mattress was quite frankly the comfiest place I’ve ever slept so if I ever find myself in Islington again, I know exactly where I’ll be staying! Worth the money, definitely."
