"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. It turned out I needed a key that should’ve been given to me when I checked in. I also think if you’re there 4 nights as I was that the coffee and water should be replenished. "

"We stayed on night in Sofia to catch our plane. The room had a queen bed that was a bit oversized for the room. There was a small wiring desk with chair, a sitting chair and large closet, and functional elevator. A large window opened on to the adjacent rooftops of Sofia and provided the necessary cool breeze to keep us comfortable in January. Opa, the hotel restaurant, served generous portions of food with excellent quality."
