"A good stay! The breakfast (included) is particularly excellent (in a really nice space). The room was comfortable, temperature easy to adjust. Minuses: they did state there would be housekeeping on the 3rd day of a longer stay, but no housekeeping was provided. Only one burner on the kitchenette stove worked, and there was nothing to use to wash dishes (a sponge or brush or something). Otherwise very comfortable and convenient, with a great location. "What an absolutelyI’m experience! I love everything about the Jefferson! They even had things I would’ve never thought of like a TV embedded in the mirror at the vanity in the bathroom. This was a five star hotel in every sense of the word! Would love to visit again on my next trip to Richmond. Bravo!"
