"unfortunately, Hotels did not inform us of the low clearance for the hotel parking garage. Consequently, we had to park a block away and walk in the cold and dark to reach the hotel entrance. The garage has a 6' 5" clearance and we were just one inch too tall. Be blame Hotels for this oversight."

"We loved this hotel! They were so accommodating to us with our dog, even gave us a good bag for him. My ONLY complaint about our stay was the staff at Cafe Whitney. They seem miserable and are so rude! "
