"When I approached the front counter, i was not given all the details of my booking. No one was there to help with my luggage, basically it was park in the basement, your room is there and here's your key. I dont know why I was booked a handicapped room, I would have appreciated a normal room. But nothing was offered to me, although the hotel was 30 % unoccupied. The worse part was when we were showering, that the water from the went everywhere, not draining properly, both my wife and I...

"This was a last minute booking becasue of a massive snowstorm. We found a great room at a great price with indoor parking. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. We also enjoyed the lobby space and the restaurant."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful and I felt welcomed. The rooms are a good size and clean. Easy access to and from the highway. We had to extend our stay one night due to weather and it was no problem. I'll go back in the summer when we can actually walk around in decent weather!"
