"Beautiful hotel with charming historical flavor! Some updates would be more desirable The rugs in the room were a little musty and the single pillows were flat. Bed was however comfortable and the room was very spacious. Walk in closet but only one robe also there wasn’t any waters in the room. The food and signature drinks were amazingly good. You can’t leave this hotel before trying the famous Hot Brown. "

"There has not been one time I have visited 21c and not been impressed. The staff are so kind, the museum is always amazing, my fave restaurant is like 20 ft away, and the room is always so welcoming and comfortable! Only thing I wish they had was seats in the showers because I could literally sit in there ALL day! Thank you for an amazing, quick staycation!"

"The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very helpful. The room very clean. He suggested us a very good restaurant close by, 3-4 minutes walk. He provided us with extra bottles of water. We really enjoyed our stay. Our trip was 11 days from Montreal to Playa Del Carmen and that was the best hotel we had all a long. Definitely will go back."
