"We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel...

"Great ground floor room spacious and had separate shower separate from bath. Good breakfast. Great area down poppies lane close to beach. Lots of shops close by. Only problem my son got a tattoo and while sleeping got ink on sheets and had to pay $60 extra compensation. I thought a bit rich when the new sheets couldn’t cost anywhere near that. Next time if he gets another wear a long sleeve top or Tracky pants to bed. Overall I will stay again"
