"This hotel is an amazing place to stay both in terms of location and ambience. It is a gorgeously maintained building showing off the French history of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel Is located very conveniently in District One overlooking the Saigon River. It is easy to walk to at least half a dozen major attractions and locating food and shopping was easy as well. The hotel staff were very helpful and added services like fruit in the room and checking the room to see you have all your belongings before you leave the hotel add up to a stellar overall experience. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever encountered and the spa was lovely as well."

"There was a little issue when we first got to the hotel. When I booked the room via hotels.com and the room was for up to 4 people so we thought as long as we booked that room then we can stayed up to 4 people since our sister will stay with us. When we checked in the hotel agent we been told that we could only allow up to 2 people while our hotel room reserved for 2 beds. Since we booked through hotels.com, the hotel agent could not resolve the issue and since we were so tired after travelled over 21 hrs straight, we decided to pay extra so we can get some rest. We tried to contact hotels.com but no answered. "
