"Room was a little small. Couldn't slide out the desk chair without bumping into the bed. But the place grew on me after a day or so. It's cozy and quiet. The hotel itself is right in the middle of everything. Food and shopping are all within walking distance, although you'll need to catch a scooter to Bui Vien Walking Street or Japan Town. "

"I stayed 15 evenings so had a thorough experience of this hotel. Even though this place is right by Benh Thanh Market (which is a very busy area) my room was quiet. Understand though that I was facing the back of the building. I like the staff here, they were all very friendly and helpful and attentive. You might see some comments in other reviews about the conditions of the building (rooms/hallway need a coat of paint, elevator maintenance, bugs sometimes--which is common anywhere in SE Asia...
