"From the moment of check-in, through check-out, the staff was always welcoming; friendly, and there for us. The experience definitely does deserve an EXCEPTIONAL rating. Only improvement(s) that we could suggest would be (1) improve the breakfast food quality and extend the hours of operation by, at least, 30-minutes. If check out time is 11AM then the breakfast should be until around the same time, and not the current 9AM. Also the food was honestly awful. Apples were the only fruits; the (so-called) crisp bacon was hot, but constantly soggy and greasy; the pastries were limited to only a pre-packaged muffin. Finally, the pillows in the room have "0" firmness. Even using three of them provided little, if any, support. The bathroom towels were the opposite - rough and hard. Aside from these comments we would, still, return to this site in the future because of the sincere care, and kindness, of the staff plus overall cleanliness and comfort."

"Close to highway entrances, gas station, food and other amenities. I thought the property was quite clean and my room was very spacious. Loved the Dove bathroom products and the shower was easy to get in/out of (I am in a knee immobilizer due to an accident and it was nice to walk into the shower, rather than climbing into a shower as I am not able to bend my knee. "
