"This is our go to hotel when we are picking up our son from UA, Tuscaloosa. It’s close to the airport and great staff. "

"We selected to stay at the Painted Lady as we needed a place in Birmingham for a wedding weekend. The unit was clean and had the essentials we needed. The owner and employees were very friendly and welcoming!! It was raining sideways when we had to leave, and I was dressed up and didn't have an umbrella. The owner, grabbed his umbrella and assisted me out to the car!! That's going above and beyond service right there! Not to mention, they had an office dog (head of security), Sub. He was the sweetest! Would stay here again if we needed to :)"

"Our first experience with this hotel. It was wonderful! Miss Althea at the Front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. She helped us get into our room early so we could change clothes to attend graduation as we had been traveling since early morning. Gave us information about the hotel and restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again."
