"The property is small, but served our needs for one month stay. Like other comments the unit is central to all sites and easy to get around. This is an old dirty building and the hallways were dirty and smelled of rotting garbage. Exterior of building and lobby photos were deceiving. "LOCATION, LOCATION. This apartment is just off Las Ramblas and the plaza. We are seniors but managed the narrow staircase. As a bonus Mario was there when we arrived and left and he carried our luggage."

"This is a lovely quiet apartment just steps away from all the activities of shopping, sightseeing and dining. Only issue was one of the toilets was broken. We had been advised of the issue when we arrived and the property manager was unable to get the parts to repair the problem during our visit. It had little impact on our stay but might trouble a group who expects three fully functioning bathrooms."
