More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. "We enjoyed this Scottish “steading”. It was a charming farmhouse attached with other houses. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we first got there. The house was plenty big enough for the 9 of us. The only downfall was the very slow Internet. But that wasn’t the fault of the owner. The house was about a mile outside of town which made it a very quiet stay. "

"Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."

"We had a great time in Killin. This property was excellent and as portrayed . There is a powder room on the ground floor and a separate closet with a washer (dryer is hot water based in same unit). 2 racks for drying damp clothes. Both bedrooms are upstairs one en-suite with shower and the other one has both shower and bath tub.The only watch out was a 200 GBP deposit that was not in VRBO description.Though accepted and normal I took off a star for this."

"The house is on a main road but once we found it and our way around to park at the side, it was easy. The house was very clean and well presented and warmed up quickly.
