"The hotel, which I have used a few times, feels a little tired with some communal areas looking quite shabby ( toilets on floor 1 as an example ). The service was good and helpful. Breakfast excellent , although as a family we were a little concerned that too much had been made available and commented to each other on the potential waste."

"Lovely stay in the Penthouse - good space and amazing views. Hotel is a little tired in places but that is reflected in the price plus the main bar area and staff more than make up for it. "

"The Claremont is in a perfect location on the seaside in central Douglas. Stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and efficient. Dinner as well as breakfast the next morning were wonderful. Room had a tub AND a walk-in shower! "

"Lovely property,went over new year and was peaceful and quiet, had pool to ourself one day, staff amazing, polite, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection and great views out of the window. Would definately visit again! Thankyou The Sefton! "
