"Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Check in was between 2PM and 6.30 PM, which wasn’t convenient for me, so they gave me a security code to get in the front door, and left my door key in an envelope inside so I could arrive when I was ready.
