"Paul you are a great host with getting us to our weekend cottage, everything was exactly the way you explained. we didn't need anything because it is such a great setup. we will definitely be back for more visits. The cottage was super clean, the private hot tube was amazing. very peaceful and quiet, and dining on Main street was a straight 12 minute drive down hwy 87. thank you for the memories!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this cute house; however, we have some suggestions to the owner that might affect your stay. The house needs a good, deep cleaning. There's HEAVY dust on all the fake plants base boards, tops of pictures, etc. 2ndly, the coffee pots may need a vinegar cleaning or replacement. The pot takes about 45 minutes to make a full pot, with constant manipulation. We're figuring it's from mineral deposits. Something is wrong w the bathroom sink, as the flow is very low, & hot water...

"The property manager, Darla, reached out right away after I made the reservation to give me all of the important information for our stay. We slept great on the bed and the bathroom was amazing. The little kitchen armoire was well stocked and the homemade banana bread was wonderful. Highly recommended!"

"It’s a medium walk from the heart of downtown. Super clean, cute, quiet. We ended up not using the hot tub - it is on the front porch so just semi private but very clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, cutlery, mini fridge. If you are with friends the bathroom doors are see through so be sure you cover up. Shower was perfect. And bed was cozy AF. 5 Stars - would totally stay again. "

"Very cute and cozy place for a short vacation getaway for two. Super clean, comfy and quiet, this is a good place to retreat to, especially if you don’t really need a kitchen. The chairs in the sitting area are a little uncomfortable after a while if you’re watching TV, but not a big deal. I could have used a bedside reading lamp, too, but again, not a big deal Overall, I liked this place!"

"The views from our cabin were wonderful and perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The cabin was clean and comfortably furnished, better than the pictures. It is a bit of a drive to Fredericksburg and local attractions, but to us it was worth it. The proprietor is a lovely person. We would definitely stay again! "
