"We enjoyed this property very much. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral. Even though the room was small, it had everything we needed and was clean. We don’t spend much time in the hotel so it worked well for us! The only downside was only having access to a host from 8:30 am-1:00 pm. "

"The whole place was beautifully decorated. Room was small but very comfortable. There are many private bedrooms sharing the same common areas so you hear the doors opening and closing a lot from the bedrooms to the bathroom. Would I go back yes as it was very beautiful and clean."

I had to chase the host for the check in instructions and address which were only provided a day before check in. I immediatrly questioned the location and she ignored my messages. I raised the issue with vrbo and had no response. We were forced to check in, and expressed our dissatisfaction about the materially misleading advertisement.
