"We only stayed one night in a double room with en-suite in Hattie’s House which is a building across the car park and had a wonderful evening meal in the pub itself.The interior of the pub was exceptionally warm and inviting. The breakfast was good also."

"Lovely hotel. We had a great nights sleep. The service was a bit hit and miss on the night of our visit and they seemed a little unorganised. The food was lovely though. The bathroom was a little tired with black mold. Hard to access the bar area through the hotel as the stairs down are not the best if your mobility is not perfect. "

"This cottage was perfect for a long weekend with my son and his dog. It is cosy, comfortable and has a lot of character. There was everything we needed for example the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, coffee pot etc, and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s in a nature reserve with wildflower meadows, lovely setting."

"Excellent property, very well equipped and perfect for 4 couples. Lovely quiet setting surrounded by fields with sheep and lambs. Well placed for good food pubs at Stratton, the Saxon, and Sydling St Nicholas, the Greyhound. Good access to local walks with maps included in the property information. Katie and Oliver were very helpful and quick to respond when we had a problem with the heating, which was rectified immediately. Would recommend this property very highly. "
