"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. On arrival, don’t follow map directions from app: they took us to train station (Casale Etrusco, to use name of establishment, is located at beginning of Via della Badia, just north of Donoratico, at km 266.15 on Vecchia Aurelia). "The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of.
