The kitchen was very useful for home cooking. Despite high heat outside, we could close the shutters and windows and keep the house cool until the evening. The night air in the country was so cool to sleep in. A very authentic rural place. We were able to drive to busy sites around Tuscany and then come home to a peaceful and quiet country house. The house was wonderful and the hosts were especially good to us. I very highly recommend it."
