"Janocy was a beautiful small boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were helpful but spoke no English. We used a translator but that was not ideal. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not where it said it was on the website. So, instead of being located in the heart of Guangzhou City, it was actually one hour's drive away in the district of Panyu. Ideal hotel for Chinese business people who do not particularly need to be in the city centre of Guangzhou. 70 mins to airport."

"本網站內容與此公寓不付，可為陷阱處處，對於外地遊的人仕，因設備、溝通、時間、現金的短缺，引致的後果會相當嚴重，尤其一家大細的遊客。事緣我在此網站內搜尋住宿的地點，此公寓位置極為合適，亦於網站做了確認訂房手續。誰不知當我到達此位置附近時，左看右看也找不到，查問途人也不知道，極為徬徨，亦因外遊關係，通訊設備不靈光，幾經辛苦之下，才能致電回香港此網站的客戶服務部，它給了我公寓的電話號碼，聯絡後，才得知此公寓的地點就在我的正前方，為何我找不到呢！哈哈！這酒店的check-in手續是需要致電聯絡，等待所謂服務人員前來接待,才能步入它40樓的辦公室方能check-in。試問一個外地遊客，怎麼可能會理解酒店是這樣check-in的！如是這樣，網站為何一點資訊也無有！"
