"Janocy was a beautiful small boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were helpful but spoke no English. We used a translator but that was not ideal. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not where it said it was on the website. So, instead of being located in the heart of Guangzhou City, it was actually one hour's drive away in the district of Panyu. Ideal hotel for Chinese business people who do not particularly need to be in the city centre of Guangzhou. 70 mins to airport."

"The place did not have any one that can communicate. The pace have no idea about my resignation. And told me they was no reservation and have nothing available. But after they see the reservation on my phone with a prices how much I was paying for the stay all of the students that found available place for me."

"I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way."

"What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. "Really nice rooms. Good full breakfast options. Not many english channels on tv. Very helpful staff and in the city center. I just booked for 2 weeks in April for Canton Fair. They have a free daily shuttle. "
