Good central location, 2 km walk or metro west to Tiananmen Sq & Forbidden City. Clean slick business hotel, excellent buffet breakfast, cheap eats just north of metro station."

"First of all, I booked this hotel with breakfast included for all three of us but it ends up only one guest with free breakfast and I have to pay for my son and my sister. Hotels.com is generous enough to reimburse me with this extra expense. Second of all, the front desk is very rude and impolite especially they learned that I booked my room through a third party website.
