Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services. Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early. Very pleasant stay and recommend if you are traveling to Phong Nha."

There was no actual bar available at the pool and workers were working on the building while we were “relaxing” at the pool. The spa is also not finished as Expedia said it was. "Modern hotel with huge rooms. Friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. It was very good value. The hotel was located a bit in the middle of nowhere, but only 10-15 minute walk to town. Soundproofing could be improved "
