"first room of subpar and shower only ran hot water which made it impossible to take a shower but was transferred and upgraded to a better quality room. this is definitely a 3-star property not a 4-star or 5-star property. "We stayed for a couple nights because we were taking a tour (with Oxalis, which was amazing) to see the Phong Nha caves. Even with the short amount of time spent at this hotel it was tremendously terrible. Most important point: we had no hot water! Staff told us to switch a plug up and wait 15 mins, which was already ridiculous, after waiting we still had to shower in the cold. If you are looking for a place to eat, there is nothing remotely close by. The wifi was nonexistent. No point trying to...
